In case you are interested

This is Evan's room in A-stan. I can't quite make heads or tails of how big it is based on these pictures. Two of their soldiers were sent elsewhere and they might be getting one as a replacement, so Evan claimed the extra bed so he has two twin beds pushed together. I think this is to make up for the fact that at home, he gets a small slice of our bed, as Elijah and Kieran are always flailing around for more room. Lol! His did find a bottom sheet that someone else had left behind and he uses his poncho liner to cover the other mattress. His sleeping bag is on top of that. He is sure living high on the horse, isn't he? It makes me feel very grateful for our beautiful house with air conditioning and heating, a comfortable bed with pillows, sheets, and blankets; hot water; water that won't kill me to drink; a fridge and a computer; and many other luxuries that I often take for granted. It makes me feel badly for him, but he tells me that he is grateful for the chance to provide for his family and serve his country. I love my husband so much!!
