Why Annie's hope? Because it was our hope to bring home our daughter (and we will!). Because it is my hope to inspire a spirit of hope in other orphans- through adoption and aid. Because it is my hope to instill in my children an attitud...e of serving and giving to others. Because God blesses us with hope, that when we are in a dark place, that He will bring us through it and give us light and though we may only be saving one starfish in a sea of 147 million, we have hope that others will see the incredible value of these amazing kids and feel in their heart the desire to bring hope to another child. This is the start of my Annie's Hope campaign and I hope to continue it long after she is home.
This Annie's Hope bracelet is made using Lilly Pulitzer fabric, cut into strips and braided into cord. The beautiful Asian inspired beads are a sweet compliment to the fabric and are held in place by knots in the braid. The heart shaped toggle closure is held in place with a silver jump ring. Altogether the bracelet measures approx. 7 1/8" from the heart to the bar of the toggle (not the ends of the fabric) and it does stretch slightly. If you would be interested in your own Annie's Hope bracelet, message me! I can make a few more like this one as well as others with different fabrics and beads.
The other two bracelets do not yet have toggles on them, so if you wish to choose a circle rather than a heart, you can. They are each a slightly different length. The all pink one is 7 1/8" so I'm guessing with toggles on, the one with the most green would be 7 1/4" or 7 3/8" and the one with more pink than green will be about 7 1/2"- just a guess, though! :)
The price of each bracelet is $8, this includes shipping. Email me at bratrattery@aol.com if you are interested in purchasing.
